Looking forward to getting repeatedly owned!
Can we get this thread stickied?
Cheers!
My idea is to setup two sides on the biggest map with say 2 teams of 3-4 AI on each side and rest human players.
Process 5-10 years worth of turns to allow the AI to expand before players get to start.
Give each player some amount of resources to create a starting army.
Is LAN possible?
Can someone write a short summary for a coop, ordinary MP and team game?
Are rpg scenarios possible?
I am a medium strong player of Dom4.
Are the turns processed like dom4?
How do you make substitutes? Can they go AI then back to player?
First, unlike Dom, you don't play by email, you do actual matches.
Turns are proccessed one team at a time.
RPG scenarios would require some modding and some special maps.
LAN? Not really, but using Hamachi up to five people can do it no problem.
Subs? I think it's just a matter of resetting the server and getting back into the game, takes like 10-15 seconds. And yes, they can get replaced by AI's after disconnecting.
