When will Illwinter allow the modding of items in Conquest of Elysium 4? Currently they are pretty bare bones as far as the ability to even manipulate what item someone will have (as in you can't give a human a full set of body items that are predetermined) and some items (like the Athame of High Sacrifice, which give a 20% reduction on High Priestess Rituals) are very poorly described as far as what they do.
