Quickly threw together this observer class mod from populum's parts.

The observer class must have a teammate with a citadel and the common cause option must be turned on.

The observer has a couple of ritual powers that let it teleport and observe the entire map.

To install the mod
1. Unzip and place into mods folder located in:
\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\coe4\
2. Run Conquest of Elysium 4
3. Select "Mods" and activate the Observer module.
