Regarding the mods Sylvan Queen and Matriarch: The original authors aren't really unknown at all. I have no idea why Carn was so lax about crediting them by name, but...
The Matriarch mod is the work of BrianKB (who is also the creator of the CoE3 mods Dynast and Megalomaniac). He presents his Matriarch mod
- on the CoE3 Proboards forum[coe3.proboards.com], and
- on Desura[www.desura.com]
The creator of the Sylvan Queen mod went by the name The Hunter, or, on Desura, TBShunter, though it seems he now uses another name here on Steam. His other works include Rohan, Lady of the Lake and Guildmaster, all for CoE3. He presents his Sylvan Queen mod on Desura[www.desura.com].I did myself, in the past, not only repost all of those four CoE3 mods by (TBS) Hunter after his own links went dead. I also did a little tampering myself with them, fixing what seemed to be obvious errors in them (meticulously documenting all changes I made). In fact, I am pretty sure the version of the Sylvan Queen mod that Carn adapted for CoE4 is the one that includes my fixes to it.
I stayed clear of them for CoE4, however, out of respect for their author, in case he wanted to convert his own classes himself – which he seemed to be thinking about earlier. (Though I guess it now doesn't seem terribly likely that will ever happen.)
Also add to the modding section the exe and ability codes and bitflags Marin extracted and Dracula reuploaded, quoted below.
Populum_tools[drive.google.com] is a collection of public sheets that serve as tools/examples for modding. I'll expand it over time as needed.
