Militias and Mercenaries Mod
Hi everyone.

Militias and Mercenaries Version 1.0.0

This mod will let you recruit Local Militia and also Barbarian and Tribe Mercenaries.

Some features include:

- Militia: Different towns yield different numbers of stationary militia. Farms are not included as farms are too small to provide Militia. Villages and larger dwellings work. Recruiting in towns will reduce the town by one level, so plan well. Works really well with Dynamic Elysium Mod as towns are able to grow again.

- Mercenaries: Recruiting Barbarians will give Barbarians, Lion tribes will provide Lion tribe combatants, so forth and so on. Whilst somewhat cheaper to recruit, recruiting these folk has a chance of destroying their population, so there is that to consider. They will move with you, they are not stationary.

- If the leaders of the militias or the mercenaries should perish and their troops remain, you can re-recruit (if the site exists) and you will get a fresh batch of soldiers with their leader added to the remaining combatants.

- Recruited Mercenary leaders do not hold captain status. The leader of the band is the Character that recruited them, so if the recruiting Character dies all those under him will be lost where their leader fell.

- Brigand Mercenaries are not at risk of loosing their population, but they are a little more expensive to hire. (Never a shortage of bandits in this land)

- Maybe around 92 % of the base game Leader archetypes can recruit. Some, like Hero's or some mage leader archetypes can't. But if anyone wants a Leader to be added or removed, for lore/game reasons, just yell and give a good reason and I'll do it.

Issues:

- I couldn't get Outposts working with reducetown so they are not included as a recruitable site.
- The menu looks a bit big but I think that's due to the game design where I couldn't combine certain groups together.

Would like to add support for other custom class mods, and I've started, but due to this being my first mod and me being a total noob at this, and coming across issues regarding multiple class mods running simultaneously and mod priority issues, getting errors and whatnot, it might be a difficult task, depending on the mods people are using.

I'm a 100% confident you may find errors, but hopefully minimal ones.

If the link doesn't work let me know, and all suggestions are welcome.

And finally, this mod is based on / inspired by the Militia Mod. Wicked little mod that got this project started. Thank you mod author.
