Report a translation problem
I think, only Event Modding can count units, but that probably won't help you to achieve your goal. Well... it maybe could, but it would be an incredible messy work-around.
Edit: Nevermind, not even Event Modding seems to be able to count units, unless I misread the command descriptions.
It would make more sense if the Baron summoned a Levy summoner type unit that spawns levy units only during combat. Then if the levy summoner is killed you can recast the ritual to make a new one.
