Hades - Planar Mod - ?
Glancing through this briefly, I don't see an easy way to do what I'm after. Is there a way to mod it so that the cities/structures in individual planes grant resources such as hands of glory or whatever?

I believe it is now possible to create your own custom terrains. In which case, I'd guess (though I haven't tried) that you could make one that would overwrite and replace an existing terrain and give it whatever properties you wanted.
