Features:

• The Avatar is a gem collector.
  
• The Avatar is a level 1 caster of all of the elemental schools.
  
• After performing a Ritual of Elemental Mastery, the Avatar becomes a level 2 caster of all of the elemental schools, and after performing a Grand Ritual of Elemental Mastery, the Avatar becomes a level 3 caster.
  
• The Avatar gains the ability to train different elemental benders after performing Rituals of Elemental Mastery, which are level 1 casters of their respective elemental schools.

If you're installing the mod on Windows, enter %appdata% into Windows Explorer. Then click on the coe4 folder. Extract the .rar or .zip into the mod folder. A fair warning: I haven't really playtested this mod much, so it might be ludicrously overpowered.
