In the Ambulance missions, in order to actually pick up a patient, you MUST be able to park on the lot. Since there are some mods that go to the end of the lot, parking is actually somewhat impossible on a few lots (e.g. Tatertot's Rowhouses), so maybe a minor tweak to park within 3 meters or something of the lot, on the road side?
