The window that pops up when you select a lot on the map can be a little in the way. It usually covers up a good portion of the orange area of influence box (or whatever its called) I end up having to count out the lots to see where I can build. It would be nice if the window would disapear or go transparent when your mouse is hovering over the convert to base button. Moving the window to somewhere out of the way would also work.

I should add that this is mostly just an issue for me because I like to play with a scaled UI.
