To make areas some a bit more lively, I'm curious as to the feasibility of a POPULATE string, which would essentially just spawn a few Civillian NPCs to wander aimlessly around the lot to give the illusion of an area being more populated. If created, I don't think the string would actually add anything other than being purely decorative.

I was thinking this would look good with the park / decor lots that Bi204-1 has done, the default spawn area, or possibly in the Plaza-styled Ramblas Lots in the Decorative Roads Pack.
