Turf War Resolution Veto Timer & Fixed Reparations
Whenever a Turf War involving AI is coming to a close, the AI always sends automatically-suggested terms for ending the turf war that can be accepted, rejected, or vetoed.

In the case that you'd like to veto so that you can send your own terms (that are always accepted if it doesn't go over 100% on the demand marker), you end up having to do it within a really short period of time, or the AI re-sends terms again and erases any progress you were making on sending your customized offer.

It seems like it would be far better if the terms from AI had a cooldown after a veto so that you have time to pick the bases you want to claim instead of only having 10-15 seconds (or however long it is) to rush your decisions. Obviously you can keep vetoing under the current cooldown length, but this requires you to veto over and over again until you're fast enough to beat the current 10-15 second timer before the next AI offer. 3-5 minutes seems like a better amount of time to get things in order, and perhaps 10 minutes could pass before the AI timer gets limited to the current cooldown of 10-15 seconds (so that the AI can reiterate that the turf war needs to be ended).

Additionally, it isn't always clear who ends up having to pay reparations if they are selected. For instance, I've selected reparations even as a winner of a turf war, and still ended up having to be the one paying them, despite that being the opposite of what should've been the case. The faction(s) paying reparations should be listed to clarify who is paying the tab before sending/accepting terms.
