I wanted to mention this problem I've had a few times now.

The first time dropped down through a hole in a roof and fell down into an elevator shaft and was stuck there and couldn't get out. The only option was suicide.

Wasn't gonna mention this but it just happened again. But this time I was just using an elevator and I got dropped out of it down to the bottom and stuck again.

Again just wanted to mention it as I've this issue a few times now getting stuck at the bottom of elevator shafts with no option but to suicide.
