Twice now I've been marked as wanted for "reckless firearm discharge" merely for driving past base skirmishes. In neither case was I discharging firearms at the time, though plenty seemed to be being discharged in my direction.

In one of the cases my own goons were involved, so that could be a case of guilt by association, but in another it was two warring AI factions that I just happened to drive past.
