Constantly, on and off in irregular patterns, like they're Curious George and they've never seen one before and are fascinated by them. Lol. The lights are flickering like a haunted house and the door keeps slamming open and shut. This means everytime you buy stuff you'll have to wait until the cop opens the door again to leave.

EDIT: I guess this is because the cop spawned behind the counter next to the store clerk. Apparently this isn't supposed to be normal as with other gun stores, he was out of it.

Game crashes upon saving and quitting. I'm guessing it's the client and not the server because the server does indeed save, thankfully, but the client itself either crashes or hangs and must be forced to quit via taskbar or task manager, etc.
