A new variant of an existing vehicle? Check scripts/common/define_entitytypes.lua

A new kind of vehicle altogether? Check the demoCustomVehicle mod

Installed mods from the Steam Workshop?

Go into the voxel turf folder (steam->browse local files), go up two levels to "steamapps", go into the "workshop" directory, then 404530/ and they'll be there (as numbered directories)
