To answer in parts

1) there are currently around 10-12 different types of “vehicles” currently in the game. There are general cars that look like Sedans, Vans, business vans, Trucks, Sports Car (rare retextured Sedan). Each of these with the exception of the speedy car have different colors and textures. All of these can be bought at a car merchant.

In addition to those base vehicles there are currently 2 emergency vehicle classes. CDF (police) and an ambulance. The CDF have their own police sedan cars, vans, and Swat trucks.

There are also 3 different colored helicopters, one of which is a CDF.

There are two types of boats. A miniature yacht and a Hovercraft (think Bayou)

There are also tank(s) both of which are about the same style and I can’t really spot any meaningful difference in appearance.

There are also shopping cart trolleys that can be ridden in.

So, there are currently no buses or larger semi-trucks, but the Developer does have future plans for a City-Building update which might include those, + Trains, and adding a type of airplane.

Now, the caveat is that new vehicles CAN be modded relatively easily into the game, but to date, nobody has done so.

As for the second question. It is very possible if you save lots as mods. I wrote a guide on this, but at the present that’s the only way to do it. It is definitely tough the first time around, and there is a small learning curve, but that is how to place spawns for vehicles.

Except the speedy car. Speedy car CANNOT be bought at car merchant. You either have to find it or spawn it in via commands

Just as an update. I forwarded your idea for placeable vehicle spawn points to the Developer via Discord. So, I just want you to know that the Developer now knows of your request. Cheers! Just be advised that such spawns will likely have to somehow be balanced if implemented!

Thank you for all of your answers, they were really helpful. Personally, I think the idea of vehicle spawn points is really good because adds more realism in the city when you see parked cars. Also for a more balanced spawn point, would be a good idea the options to put random vehicle spawn point where every vehicle have a higher or lower percentage for spawning.

And well, this game looks really good, I added to my wishlist. Unfortunately I spent too much money in this offers and I probably should stop for now. But I'm quite sure I will buy it quite soon.

i have played this game for about 5 months and i think there needs to be a super car or box truck just a new vehicle would be great for the game.

i the plane and stuff was added but i think it needs a land vehicle or boat
