For example, pretend there are three factions, including yourself.
One faction, we'll this one Great Britain, has 15 bases and owns practically the entire city. They're obviously going to have the better firepower.
Another faction, we'll call this one San Marino, has one base and owns about two or three buildings. Obviously, this one would be the one with less firepower.
To sum it up, you COULD invade a behemoth of a player and get extreme base attacks, or you could invade the small ones and the raids will be significantly easier to repel.
Is the player limited to level 1 base attacks, or can you use level 2/3 like the ai? And if so, how?
The AI get leveled base attacks because unlike a human player that is the only way bots can take over other players bases.
