Long answer: each of the soundtrack pieces were produced by a different artist, and provided for free to use in this game. That's 30+ different artists, and trying to coordinate revenue sharing between everyone in order to sell the soundtrack would be a bit of a pain. So there won't be a paid DLC option. I suppose I could put the option there for free, but I don't really feel like it's worth the effort. If there is some reasoning behind it, I could be convinced to put something together, though :)
You can go to the Credits menu in the game, scroll down a bit, and click the entries for each artist, and this should take you to the artist's page. From there you'll usually be able to listen to their stuff.
If you just want the files, the music is in [SteamDirectory]\steamapps\common\Curvatron\assets\music\soundtrack
I'm glad you liked the soundtrack and I hope you're having fun!
I would really appreciate if soundtrack dlc was released as a free download, with all proper track details and information, but if it does ultimately turn out that there is no proper workaround for this that's also fine too. Thanks for taking the time to respond and thanks for making a great game <3
