We are playing in multiplayer mode. Other play was able to spray Vorlen with weed killer for the Mushroom Panic quest. I am unable to spray Vorlen and there is two Morels in town both are orange. One was purple before other player sprayed them. I have also talked to Cirahna who just says I need to spray Vorlen.
