I've finally started to play this game again from scratch and I'm on my second year. As soon as it rolled over, my Airship Anchor isn't spawning the travelling merchant. I'm in Autumn now and still haven't seen one and cant find anything online about it. I've moved the anchor to a different spot too and it still didn't work.
