Nope if I remember correctly this project was dropped but it does have a lot of potential and it still has an active community

Bartwe, the lead developer for Staxel, has stated that it's "best to consider [the game] done", and that "no changes to the game are currently planned", so unfortunately, the game is no longer being developed.
If using the main version of the game, available on Windows, you can use mods from the Workshop to enhance your experience, but if not, then you're sadly out of luck.
