I've played it for a bit today and I get strong Stardew Valley vibes, only in voxel based first person. So yeah, pretty much like Harvest Moon.

A lot like Harvest Moon, far less like Minecraft. Minecraft is pixel based with barely any "story", I mean yea there is a little story but only seen after you finish the "End Dimension" and it's boss. Otherwise it's a straight up exploration and survival simulator and you can't really talk nor can the npcs. This has a little more story, but seen in the forms of quests and talking to people, it has a well thought out economy and far better shops. IN a way this game feels like Harvest moon and stardew valley mixed with the concept of building/block digging/exploration of minecraft/terraria. Hope that helps with the comparison more.
