Normal game not starting after update and saves wiped
Hello,
As the title says. I just tried starting the game and the normal version doesn't start, and all my saves are gone. Both from the cloud and my drive. I am not sure how much I want to start everything from scratch. Did this happen to anyone else? Anyone know how to fix this?

Not sure what you mean by from the cloud. Staxel doesn’t have cloud saving

For your saves, can you double check the local files (Right click in the library and go manage → browse local files) to see if they still exist in the
/LocalContent/
folder?

Seems some weird issue has happened which cause the game to not start in some cases, and currently we are unsure why. One person on discord said they stopped having issues after unsubscribing to mods.

I found the save games. The game still isn't starting, I don't use mods.

Please give more information about steps to reproduce, any log files generated, screenshots or other information that would help pinpoint the issue.
Windows version, graphics card, ram size, etc.
