What are you trying to do? If you want Vorlen but he has been teleported because of the galaxy quest line then you need to finish* the quest line.

I tried to fly in the creative to that point,but it seems that the border of the world extends to the sky. I have two active tasks: Make statues to Max and help Cecile (they are not related to Vorlen). So I don't know what I can do

Did you start the galaxy island quests? If so you have left Vorlen inside the Muesem that is behind the door of Tomi’s fourth and last riddle .

I've already done the Tomtit task and built him a house. When I went to look for Vorlen in galaxy on your advice, I went through every door and went through every room,but I didn't find anyone

You've missed the museum. The 4th/last riddle after you walk through the portals with all the toy plushies, there is a locked door down the bottom. Once you get down to the door, walk across into the glowing water and look up. There is a platform challenge that leads to the door key.

Due to the loss of Vorlen, I can't complete not only the Cirahna quest, but also the Riah and Morel quests. She prioritizes the quest with her father and completely ignores the others. My progress in 3 tasks is completely broken. Can anyone fix this?

i do not know. a lot of other Games that run into problems like This, tend to remove Progress, and patch in different coding, depending on if the Game looks or runs better, vs., introducing different, (Sometimes Fun) MECHANICS, i would recommend for now, digging deep, and waiting to be seeing for as to what will happen

Hi, you'll want to go back to the island and go through the cave system again. Through all of the puzzle portals from before. You'll eventually get to a room that spirals down.

Past the locked door that was down the bottom of the spiral room is another portal that leads you directly to the room with Vorlen.

(Its in the room with all of the fossils, and paintings.)

God, it was too hard for me. First of all: who would even think of looking for Vorlen there? I didn't see any clue that he might be there. You expected that the player would accidentally stumble upon such a hard-to-hide location when he is fully occupied with the Tomti and Max quests ( like me). Could it be that this is just my problem with orientation in such a confusing system.
P.S. in the end, not one of the tips almost did not help me. I went over and over to the Tomtit computer and couldn't even understand what you were saying about another locked door (lol). So I went to YouTube and remembered the entire route, found Vorlen and returned it to Konoha (oops, to Staxel ).
PS 2 It would be nice if someone from the residents of Staxel would hint that Vorlen went to galaxy Islands

You got a letter from Rem telling you that Max and Vorlen had disappeared. And to make the teleporter you had to go to both the Town Hall and the museum to find the parts.
