Pond and Fairy Water + Fishing Spot Sign
As per this quest: https://staxel.fandom.com/wiki/Let_Them_Eat_Fish

It says any type of water tiles are accepted, but that is simply not true as per these images:

The build area goes at least two tiles underground, so it isn't a height problem.

It seems that the water has to be CONTIGUOUS. Meaning it has to be:

  1. Surrounded on all sides by non-water blocks.
  2. Has to have no gaps between water blocks.
