I am unable to give anything to Farm Fan. I'm able to talk to her, but she won't accept gifts. This includes a quest item. I'm unable to finish that quest and thus unable to finish additional quests that use the original "location" from where I got the item(s) to give to tourists.
I also think she isn't moving at all. I can push her a bit, but she isn't moving on her own.
