My game won't open
Since the last update the game just start with a black screen and then crashes.

What's the crash? You need to be as detailed as possible for us to diagnose the issue.

Well, when I start the game, it's just a black screen, not even a sound or anything, and then if I click eith my mouse, a window appears telling that the game is no responding. I tried reinstalling and use de config file, but nothing.

That's highly unusual and suggests you may have a hardware or driver fault. Try launching the game with
+r_rhirenderfamily d3d11
