rust tutorial is broken
I can not get past even those no rust on the tank and it just keeps telling me to pick up the dumb tool.

You probably missed a part somewhere, please open a tank analysis menu by clicking middle mouse button on tank, then check which parts are rusty

Just to chime in here, if its the starter tank contract, the rusted parts are likely those cables, the ones you can't repair yourself anyway.
