Bug makes game unplayable.

I started assembling a KV-1 a year ago. Then I stopped playing. Now I started again yesterday and I can not assemble the tank. i can dissasemble it. i can not move it, I can not sell it. Nothing works except dissasembling the tank and reassembling it to were it was a year ago. Any parts above that are not assembled. I can not move it to the museum or garage etc.

Hey there,
can you try assembling any other tank? And by that checking if this is a overall problem or just something incorrect with save/kv-1?

it seems it was only this tank because I had it before the changes.
