Except for this specific tank - reset your position puts you right back on top of where the turret would be. If its not there, you land right back inside the tank - where you can't jump out of.
And the Reset Your Position - this takes 15+ seconds - to do something i should be able to do routinely??
So yes, it is difficult to have to reset regularly.
It is not that difficult to either implement double jump, or make jump go higher so that you always can get out...
This, as explicitly stated above, does not work for the sherman (late) model.
Doing this drops you right back into the tank hull. From which you can not exit.
Quick workaround - enter gunner seat, click from inside on the turret stand, mount turret on tank. exit tank and you stay on top of the turret without falling into the tank.
You could also use the escape hatch. I use that all the time to get out of the tanks quick.
Consistency between the tanks in the DLC could be better. Some parts that need replacment on one tank can be repaired on another one. Most likely the tanks were created by different people and each developer did things a bit different.
Give this man a cigar or commendation or whatever the hell he wants! I have blood pressure problems and the way things were going, SG_Stoves9 might well have just saved my unworthy life. Well done the Devs too for making provision in the Game Settings.
