Just bought the game and there's a couple of spots I can't seem to get tools to work on. The KV2 left front suspension rod won't work with rust removal even if I take the track and wheels off.

Similarly one of the rear shackles can't be painted with primer or at least I couldn't find a spot to stand where it worked.

Have I missed something? The tutorial isn't being that helpful.
