Halloween extraction mission

I am not getting the Halloween extraction mission even if I search for new contracts. Is there a new way to access the extraction mission?

is halloween event switch on in the settings ?

Hello,
is this setting called Allow Halloween and is it set to true? Also you could try setting the Force Event to Halloween, something might be blocking here
Also can you check on different profile?

The event works on a new profile but not on a profile that has already done the contract

had to delete the completed one from last year from the organizer to get the new one to appear
