Game not working after update to 1.5.3

After the updating to 1.5.3 I can no longer load the game. I click the start screen and all I see is clouds after that. Also, I did not see the mouse on the start screen. I am playing on an M2 Mac.

Another user told us this issue and what fixed the game for him was to verify game files through steam, but I dont know if he was on Mac or not, can you try it?

Guys, it's been two weeks, any news on this issue? I know us Mac users are not many, but we would like to get the game working again...

Still have the same problem. I sent you a log file on Dec 4th, was that helpful?

Yes, it gave us info that the build is a total failue and has an error while launching, that blocked the game loadup - but it was then rebuilt and sent to you guys, since then nothing new was released and we did not work on the issue - our current Mac developer is unavailable and this just has to wait

I would like to help right away but i am not able to, I just need to ask for more patience, really sorry guys
