holiday achievments
So there is a Halloween and Christmas achievement, do I need to have them to finish the games achievements in steam since its only available during an event?

Those achievements are only available during each respective season, so unfortunately you'll have to wait

I'm using a translator, I hope it's clear.
You can turn on "Christmas" and "Host Christmas Event" in the settings under "Game". Then, update your email on your computer. You will receive a letter from Santa, accept it and start excavating through the organizer. The same is true for the Halloween achievement.
