Festive asset bug

I can't use the vehicles for extraction quests/contracts; the vehicles, objects, and sounds are all bugged the ♥♥♥♥ out. As far as I can tell, it's due to those crap Halloween assets that are covering the landscape, despite turning them off in the menu

Yeah, it all works now. Thank you man.

But how do I turn the Landscape Halloween stuff off? All that glowing green ♥♥♥♥ is what bothers me the most

You can actually pick it up and it goes away
