Machine gun

When I left click in the mount base and open the ressuply page, then I go to machine gun, line it tells me that I do not have a machine gun (zero machine gun), What can I do to get them?

Now I tried again in a german half track, and it says I have no MG at all not in the pedestal and not in the shield.

when you get extraction jobs, search all around the map and you'll find several places to dig. Also look around after you load the tank to be removed, you can find guns and medals that way.

I think the misunderstanding is that the tip means that you have no machine guns of the appropriate type already in your inventory storage, and not necessarily that there are none on the tank. If there are none anywhere then, as said above, you need to go searching and digging - ideally after using your drone in ground-penetrating radar mode to search widely and flag up any buried metal indications.
