yes, the whole game. ive completed everything and would like to enjoy it again

The game isn't finished yet. There really is no completion point. It just keeps on going at this point.

I deleted the registry entry uninstalled the game and re installed it, and it still wont restart.. anyone who knows please explain how restart assuming i am a total computer noob.

Ok I found it. For those equally unobservant as me.. to create a new profile there is a person icon at the top centre of the main menu page that has the start button on it.
