Hey,
yep this was reported too many times and we've instead added a cheat let's say - because we could not find a way around our stupid approach.

When you are aiming at the buried tank during extraction mission open radial menu (middle mouse button) and find option that should be called "Clean Tank". This takes 500$ but the tank is cleaned immidiately.

Unfortunately I cannot change my plans and keep working on other big issues in TMS and as well as another project, so this is the only resolution now
