Stuttering only when moving/walking
I just booted game after a while, to check the new content. Game is unplayable now. Constant stuttering only when moving around. It does not matter if graphic settings are on highest or lowest setting. Vert sync on or off.
Game is stuttering so much that walking around the tank makes my eyes bleed.
Just standing and looking around is butter smooth. Solid 60FPS. Stutter is only when walking/strafing.

This issue did not exist few months back.

My HW Ryzen 7 5800X, GTX 1080, 32GB RAM, Win10, latest Nvidia drivers.
No other of my few hundred games do this...

Any help?

Is there any chance you are using 144hz monitor?

No, my monitor supports 60Hz or 75Hz. It makes no difference with which setting I play. Game is smooth if I am stationary, stuttering badly only when moving.

Any solution to that issue? Looks like it still exists in 2023...

No solution. Stuttering is still there.
No other game does this on my PC. I cant play like this, so I uninstalled the game.
