Can't screw bolts or track pins

After the 1.31 update, I'm not able to screw bolts or install tracks. I see the bolts in green but right clicking does nothing. I'm using mouse and keyboard but trying my xBox One controller also fails. I brought back a finished tank from the museum and the same issue occurs. I'm able to unscrew a part but can't screw it back on. The funny thing is that on one of the tanks, I was able to screw a part but not another. I did an integrity check on my local files and no errors were found. I started a new game and I did not have the issue. Looks like corrupted save file.

Same for me (on Mac OS): can unbolt but when trying to bolt anything back on, the tool doesn't show. On a Tiger II I couldn't add any tracks, mud guards, wheel caps, ignition wires covers (engine) and bracket A (engine). Possibly more, haven't tried everything. However, on an older tank model (KV-1) adding tracks works fine.

Edit: just excavated a Hellcat (after 1.3.1 update), to see if it had anything to do with existing, pre-update model instances. Turns out no: some parts bolt on (e.g., rear cover), others won't (e.g., torsion bracket thing near the front).

Please send your save file and outputlog as we can use it to get to the bug faster:

Save file should be in game Steam folder:

TankMechanicSimulator_Data/StreamingAssets/Saves

the outputlog.txt file should be located:

C:\Users\XXX\AppData\LocalLow\DeGenerals
