Blurred object issue

Has anyone encountered a issue where all objects (tanks, ladders, tools, decorations) blur when moving left to right? Almost like a constant stutter that only the objects have. And yes, motion blur is indeed off, or at least is supposed to be.

Yes, we are dealing with this problem for a long time, looks like it's something connected with Unity. Please try to turn on/off mouse smoothering in settings.

I too have noticed this from the first time I played this sim, I saw another post about a "stutter", it does cause a mild motion sickness (my description of the sensation, not a medical diagnosis). I have tried all possible tweaks to my hardware with very little if any improvement, moving through the yard, w/shop or museum is not pleasant.
My machine is an iMac 27" Retina 5k, 3.7 Ghz. 6 core i5. 32 Gb DDR4 RAM. Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB. If any of this helps & yes to the Dev's comment re Unity I have seen something like it in a number of games which I think also used Unity.
