I CANT FIND REPAIR SOMETHING

You might get an answer faster if we all knew what tank you were working on.
but overall, you strip parts off, de-rust/sandblast/primer/paint the hull, then slowly add parts back on, cleaning as you go.

Or if you get the shop to repair them and it's so bloody cheap.
