and the issue still persist?
im completely at a loss, this SOUNDS like a classic case of save corruption,
but if it passed the vibe check, im not sure what it could be, because generally corrupted data is found and patched by steam's verify information function,
you most certainly should send this to the developer's email address, as this is a pretty peculiar case.

Seems it's problem of my own computer. It starts crashing, bluescreen and became very unstable after the 2021 Dec 24 update of War Thunder. I'm unable to detect what is the problem, I tried several reinstall and ver check for war thunder, after several other games began crashing i tried the same on them, I did check GPU Drive, I even physically changed the GPU, I reinstalled windows, and the problem is still there. I have several crashes on TMS before but none of them like this.

even deeper than like the bios, since you completely reinstalled windows,
i betcha you have an issue with your hard drives,
if stuff is randomly dissapearing and bluescreening, i had an issue similar to that, stuff didnt dissapear off of my drive, but i had sporadic bluescreens with seemingly no cause, then i had my C drive replaced, now i only get the bsod in the height of summer when stuff gets super hot, and if i forget to dust my computer out regularly, (which i now RELIGIOUSLY clean dust out, dont worry.)

im not entirely sure though, but you may want to look into your harddrives.

Btw in my third restart attempt the whole Earth gone cloak instead of a random tank.

is your disk defragger set to run automatically? might wanna check with that, otherwise it could just be a worn out drive, that does happen.

Well, my C: is on a 128 gb SSD and D:/E: is on a 1 TB rather new (about half a year) HDD. I have windows defragger set on every wednesday 1 o'clock in the night.

so it isnt natural degradation of the drives, unless you bought some truly crappy drives,
only thing i can imagine that could be wrong with the drives now is if something went horribly wrong and your drives just broke somehow, not certain at this point.

I often got file read error and sudden "exception" crash during War Thunder.
I got a bsod during Surviving Mars.
I got several crashes and bsod during Simpleplanes.
Chrome sometimes just go "Status Exception" error when opening some netpages.
I got steam keep crashing until restart computer one time.

jesus, i've no clue what could be wrong at that point,
only thing that made me get bluescreens that much was when a mouse got inside of my pc and urinated all over one of my sticks of RAM,
i do not know at all what could cause that, im sorry.
