Vanishing Parts and Can't Assemble

I just loaded up the game after a bit of inactivity and started working on my last tank i was working on i'm buying parts to fix the the tank but the parts i purchase vanish out of my inventory or when i put them on they just disappear any ideas cause this is game breaking

Please send your save file and outputlog as we can use it to get to the bug faster:

Save file should be in game Steam folder:

TankMechanicSimulator_Data/StreamingAssets/Saves

the outputlog.txt file should be located:

C:\Users\XXX\AppData\LocalLow\DeGenerals
