can't exchange language

and also do not skip tutorial game

To which language you want to swap? Are you trying to do it via main menu?

I want to swap korean. but setting menu does't working

Please verify your game filex via steam, then enter the game, go to the settings from main menu and choose the "game" tab, then select language "Korean".

Thanks for the video, its really weird bug. Please send your outputlog so we can use it to get to the problem faster:

the outputlog.txt file should be located:

C:\Users\XXX\AppData\LocalLow\DeGenerals
