Bug? Native Resolution lost after Gmae Switching
Hello!

By a failure I was switching on another, older game while TMS was running. After ending the other game, the resolution of TSM was changed to 800 x 600 px. As I tried to reconfigure the resolution in the configuration I noticed that the "native resolution" was allways in use.

In other words: TSM has forgotten the native resolution datas for my monitor which is not in the prepreperation list (2048 x 1151). Even after a new start of the game the native resolution is still at 800 x 600.

I sould'nt find a config file to fix this issue but it would be to simple. Is there another way except the file checker via Steam?

Thanks in Advance.

The Steam file checking on HDD was not a help. I found a solution in an older auto savegame. I lost a couple of play time hours but the game seems to be run well again.

But however: In other games it has also happen in the past that I was starting up another game (not on purpose, damned additionally gaming keys). Even of this games was returning with the correct resolution. Except TMS, this game is loosing the native resolution datas while they are stored in the savegame ?

Hey!
Great to see you found a solution. We would like to investigate that anyway. We will need your Profile folder and outputlog.

You can find Profile folder here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TankMechanicSimulator\TankMechanicSimulator_Data\StreamingAssets\Profiles

the outputlog.txt file is located:

C:\Users\XXX\AppData\LocalLow\DeGenerals

Please send it to support@degenerals.com
