I upgraded my computer, so I am able to get from "fastest" graphics settings to "fantastic", but when I did the tools started to look wrong, and I have no idea what setting to change to fix this issue. The most glaring problem is the rust removal tool went from something round to looking like an oval. Seriously, it looks like an egg with a handle on it.
