WTF is the problem with this garbage game every time i play i have to change resolution and the ♥♥♥♥♥ mouse don't work i cant move or look around i can only use the mouse for the menu screen am not recommending this at all and the yard optimization is garbage

It sounds like the game does not at all save your settings/options, is anything saved at all? Like progress of game or audio settings?

I fixed it by going back to another save from last year i don't know why this happens i save and it still goes to 1280 resolution until i change it again or sometimes it just fix itself when i just click on settings
