Same issue, even when i craft the tank from 0 and try to craft all parts i'm missing, the Engine and Gearbox parts are not being crafted.
Did a screen too to show that the engine parts are not in my inventory, despite everything else is.

This one for the M4A3E8 seems hit or miss. Sometimes I have to buy\craft 'All' and then buy\craft gearbox and engine separate. Sometimes not.

Then, sometimes I have to look at the turret stand or engine jacking point to make the ghosted parts appear for assembly.
